To be greeted by name by your pilot, given information on the area during the flight, and to be treated as a person instead of a seat number takes some getting used to! Beyond that, the massive time savings over the ferry system gave us hours on each end of our trip that would have been lost in transit. The islands were beautiful and a wonderful getaway.

Once again, your staff has provided excellent service for me. On January 14, I flew from Orcas to Bellingham, and Grady was my pilot. He was exactly on time, courteous, and very pleasant. My afternoon flight back to Orcas was cancelled due to weather, and because time was quite short, Holly made a reservation with the Bellair shuttle service and even drove me to the main terminal of the airport to meet the Bellair driver. This was very considerate of her and saved me a much longer wait. I arrived back on Orcas via the ferry early in the evening. What Grady and Holly did for me on Monday reinforces how much I admire the way Northwest Sky Ferry is managed and reconfirms how much you care for your customers. You provide a much-needed service for Orcas Island residents, and I, for one, am ever so grateful. With thanks to you, Grady, and Holly.
